- Organized & Prioritized Metrics – Work with you to not only define what can be measured, but what should be. A lot of things can be measured (and some of those are very near and dear to a vendor’s own performance metrics), but which of those truly are indicative of your program’s success? We also know that occasionally things ‘break’ and that frequent monitoring of detailed operational measures can identify an issue. (Did data not get passed last week? Is the ‘submit’ button broken?)
- Team Alignment – Align across the team before program launch to identify the best source and timing of all identified metrics. If two vendors can report on the same metric, are both views needed to validate operational accuracy? What level of discrepancy is in acceptable range? Which metric is the better indicator of overall performance toward program goals?
- Report Design & Consolidation – Coordinate with brand-level stakeholders to define the ‘wish list’ of KPI information to roll up into ongoing program reports. Recommend report formats and frequency and assign contributor roles. If needed, gather multiple vendor inputs and compile into high-level team-wide presentations.
- Executive Summaries – Develop simplified program reporting views to keep pace with the questions from your executive stakeholders. As the program KPIs continue to float upward, what questions are you getting in that elevator? OPG works with you to evolve snapshot summaries that clearly present trends and insights, highlight key learnings and make recommendations for program optimizations. You’ve got this under control!
